Answers before you submit an item or a parcel.
These answers summarise PikoBuy's public pages and the limits stated there. They are not order, shipping, customs or return advice for a specific case.
Is this an official PikoBuy website?
No. This is an independent research guide. It does not access PikoBuy accounts, process payments, place orders, arrange shipping, decide return eligibility or provide platform support.
What can a user submit to PikoBuy?
PikoBuy's homepage says users can search products directly or submit product links, images or sourcing requests. Its Beginner's Guide specifically describes pasting a product link or keywords, then selecting specifications such as colour, size and quantity before submitting an order.
Do QC photos guarantee product quality?
No. PikoBuy describes check-in, photo confirmation and defect checking at its warehouse. Its shipping terms also say users can view inspection photos or purchase additional detailed photos. Those images are useful evidence, but they cannot prove hidden defects, fit, material claims, future performance or seller reliability. Compare them with the live listing and the chosen variation.
What information does the shipping estimator require?
The public estimator asks for a destination country or region, product type, weight, length, width and height. Use actual warehouse details when available. A listed item price or a generic product title is not enough to estimate an international parcel.
Does PikoBuy publish a guaranteed delivery time?
No fixed delivery promise should be inferred from its public guide. PikoBuy says routes differ in delivery time and billing methods. The guide says tracking information becomes available within three days after dispatch; that refers to tracking availability, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Who is responsible for customs duties or extra cross-border charges?
PikoBuy's Terms of Service state that cross-border transactions may incur duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other charges and that users are responsible for them. Its shipping terms also describe third-party logistics and cross-border risks such as customs policy, damage, loss and peak-season delays.
Can every item be returned after it reaches the warehouse?
No. PikoBuy calls the programme a 5-Day Return Guarantee and says a request must be made within five days, or 120 hours, after the order changes to In Warehouse. Eligibility depends on the seller offering the guarantee and on the item meeting the seller's resale requirements. The published exclusions include, among others, customized and second-hand goods, intimate apparel, food and seller-specified exclusions.
Can a no-fault return be free?
Not necessarily. PikoBuy's returns page says a no-fault return can include the return shipping cost, the seller's original shipping fee and an RMB 5 service fee. It also says returns require seller consent. Read the current return terms before ordering and again immediately after warehouse receipt.
Where does this site's product search go?
Search and category actions on this site go only to the live FindSpreadsheet database or its matching result pages. They do not send visitors to a checkout or to unrelated third-party websites.
What should I save before I order?
Keep the live link, the selected variation, size or dimensions, price, listing photos, key materials or compatibility claims and any uncertainty you need QC photos to resolve. This record makes later inspection and shipping decisions more concrete.
